ASSISTANT SHOP MANAGER - SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Cool Flow Automotive of Naperville is seeking an A+ automotive service technician who will function as our Assistant Shop Manager. We are seeking experienced technicians with skills in Engine Repair and maintainance of both foreign and domestic vehicles.

Responsibilities

•   Assists shop workflow to ensure that our customers needs are met or exceed.
  
•   Ensure that the shop is fucntional at all times and that customers are delighted with there work performed on their vehicles.
  
•   Oversees and checks all work on each and every vehicle before it leaves our shop.
  
•   Handles any and all disputes with cusotmers in a professional manager without any involvement from upper management.
  
•   Repairs, overhauls, and adjusts automobile brake systems.
  
•   Installs and repairs automotive air-conditioning units.
  
•   Rebuilds, repairs, and tests automotive injection units.
  
•   Suggests additional work that may need to be performed and at later date to the customer.
  
•   Adjusts defective carburetor parts and gasoline filters.
  
•   Repairs and replaces defective ball joint suspension, brake shoes, and wheel bearings.
  
•   Inspects and tests all vehicles for damage, records findings, and makes repairs.
  
•   Inspects, tests, repairs, and replaces automotive cooling systems and fuel tanks.
  
•   Tunes automobile engines and tests electronic computer components.
  
•   Examines vehicle, compiles estimate of repair costs, and secures customer approval to perform repairs.

Requirements

•   Motivation and a winning attitude are the most important requirements.
  
•   1 years of service technician experience.
  
•   Ability to work Saturdays.
  
•   Must have a strong work ethic, must be dedicated to excellence and have the ability to work with others.
  
•   2-3 years of management duties in a automotive repair shop is a plus, but not required.
  
•   Valid in-state driver's license.
