CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - CUSTOMER SERIVICE
Cool Flow Auto Repairs of Naperville is seeking a customer service representative who can muti-task bewteen office duties and interfacing with our customers.

Responsibilities

•   Answers all incoming phone calls.
•   Places orders for parts and inputs our inventory.
  
•   Schedules all appointments and cancellations.
  
•   Makes outbound calls to remind customers of their appointments and also when work is completed on their vehicles.
  
•   Accepts and records all forms of payments that we handle from our customers
  
•   In charge of payroll each and every week.
  
•   Orders all office supplies
  
•   Calls our preferred vendor for parts and also checks with three other vendors to ensure we ge the best pricing for our parts, so we can
    pass that savings onto our customer.
•   Understanding turnaround times for parts without jepordizing the quality in the parts that are ordered.

Requirements

•   Motivation and a winning attitude are the most important requirements.
  
•   1 years of in a Customer Service oriented job.
•   Must have the ability to work alone with little or no assistance.
•   1 years of experience in the parts business
•   1 years experience with Quickbooks is a must.
•   2-3 years experience with Windows, Excel and Word, is a must have.
  
•   Ability to work Saturdays.
  
•   Must have a strong work ethic, must be dedicated to excellence and have the ability to work with others.
  
•   At least 18 years old.
  
•   Valid in-state driver's license.
